Data collected
The only personal data collected on this site is what you voluntarily enter in the quote request form: first name, last name, email address, service type, free-text message and product selection (cart). No other data is collected.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your quote request and responding to it. The legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected via the checkbox in the form. Your data is not used for any commercial purpose and is never transmitted to third parties.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted. In accordance with CNIL recommendations, prospect data is not retained beyond 3 years after the last contact.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses one functional cookie (ys_lang) to remember your language preference. This cookie is exempt from consent requirements under CNIL guidelines (deliberation of 17 September 2020, list of exempt cookies). Audience statistics are collected via Umami Analytics, a self-hosted tool on our own server, without cookies and without transmitting data to third parties. No advertising, third-party analytics or tracking cookies are used on this site.
